Adding Value to Flip an Odd Lot

Our client sought our help in designing a tiny house on foundation to help flip a unique property in an exclusive lakeside community. Using an open plan in a compact 2-story design, the concept sought to maximize livability in a code-minimum sized cottage. We suggested SIPs for the envelope over a walkout basement.
