New Product Launch
A fine tuned and “value engineered” new product model for a bootstrap company. We helped them refine the original design for reproduction as steel framed tiny houses, flat-packed kits, and finish-ready shells for pro builder finished, builder-assist programs, and self-led DIY projects.
The builder’s dried-in prototype provided the template for our refinements which included a few tweaks to the outer envelope, rear porch overhang and braces, window and door location/alignment, exterior cladding styling, roof material, and trim plans.
