A Note on Our Brand Identity & Copyrights . . .
Ours was the first company to globally market its business as “GoTiny” within the Tiny Home Industry.
While our brand name is often imitated and/or misassociated with others, we currently do not formally recognize any “go tiny” knock-offs nor do we align with others inappropriately using a derivation of our long-standing and carefully cultivated brand identity in the “tiny” building space.
Sadly, we must defend our intellectual property rights and seek suitable remedies from any persons, companies, and organizations found encroaching upon, intentionally diluting, or otherwise misappropriating (i.e. stealing) our brand identity, self-produced content, and other copyright protected materials.
